Pumpkin Mini Cakes is rated 3.6 out of 5 by 5.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from i made a few changes to this, but they still turned out great! Instead of using the silicone mini jack pan, i baked a 9x13 cake, and cut out pumpkins with a cookie cutter. then i poured fondant over them, instead of the candy melts, as i find them temperamental.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from These came out terribly. The candy melts did not melt properly and coating the pumpkin cakes was a disaster. I ended up throwing them all out and making something different. I guess I need a class on candy melts.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from These were very easy to make and everyone loved them. Caution though, don't get the candy too thick on them. Spoon it over while the candy is still petty warm. It will be thinner then and it will not show lines where it's touched to spread it around. Also be sure to line a pan with wax paper and put it under the cooling grid that you are pouring over. That way you can re-melt any that runs off the pumpkins.
