- Bake cakes. Prepare batter following recipe directions. Bake and cool cakes completely. Remove from pan. Can also use brownie mix or recipe.
- Tint frosting and prepare decorating bags. Divide frosting into ½ cups each and tint rose, blue, yellow, orange and black. Separately place rose, blue, yellow and orange frostings in decorating bags with tip 8. Place ¼ cup black icing in a decorating bag with tip 3.
- Decorate cakes. Use colored frostings and tip 8 to pipe frosting on halloween mini cakes. Smooth with spatula. Use black icing and tip 3 to pipe facial features. Smooth with spatula.
