Bake cakes. Prepare batter following recipe directions. Bake and cool cakes completely. Remove from pan. Can also use brownie mix or recipe.
Tint icing and prepare decorating bags. Divide icing and tint rose, blue, yellow, orange and black. Separately place rose, blue, yellow and orange icings in decorating bags with tip 8. Place black icing in decorating bag with tip 3.
Decorate cakes. Use colored icings and tip 8 to pipe icing on mini cakes. Smooth with spatula. Use black icing and tip 3 to pipe facial features. Smooth with spatula.
