Icing Color Tinted:
Use Color Right base colors and QucikCount color formulas to tint icing in the following shades:
Bake and cool a 4" high, 8" round cake. Stack and ice with a crumb coat on sides and a nice, thick swirl on top.
Fill decorating bags fitted tip 2A.
Starting at the bottom of the cake pipe a vertical row of dots. Alternate icing colors and separate each color with a white dot. "Pull" your dots with a spatula.
To achieve the graduated diagonal ring of colors, start the second row of dots using the icing color second from the top of the first row. Repeat. Continue around cake using the previous rows second icing color for each new row.
