Assemble red, white and blue treat pops. Use smallest
round cutter (1 3/4 in.) from 101 cookie cutters set to cut
cake circles from blue cake and reserved red cake. Push
one blue cake circle in bottom of container. Use tip 12 and
white icing to pipe a swirl of icing from back edge following
the curves of the container. Repeat with a red cake circle,
topped by icing. Repeat with more cake circles and icing to
top of container. Position rocket topper.
