Rated 5 out of 5 by from I made this cake as the "decoration" cake on top of a larger 1/2 sheet cake for my brother in law & his girlfriend's baby shower about two years ago. This is the 1st shaped pan cake I've ever used. I usually just get creative & decorate as I go..."drawing" in any design I need. The directions were very easy to follow. It baked perfectly & didn't stick to the pan... I used a baking spray of course. Be sure to color enough icing for each different color you will need so you won't run out and have to try to rematch the color. Since the same tip is used throughout most of the decorating, I prepped disposable piping bags with the coupler and filled each with a different color icing. Once I finished decorating with a certain color, I simply rinsed the tip in very hot water, attached it to the next color bag & repeated the process until I was done. This was easy enough for anyone to do it! =)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I've used my rocking horse pan several times for birthdays and baby showers. It is fairly easy to do, and there are so many ways this can be decorated. I like to use the wide icer tip for the sides if I want them smooth.
