Plum and Almond Tart

  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon and 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground allspice
  • 6 tablespoons cold butter
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1/2 package (4 ounces) almond paste
  • 2 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 3 red plums
  • 1 tablespoon peach or apricot preserves
