Cut Sugar Sheets! strip to size listed in project instructions. Here, we've used 1 x 4 in. strips.

Turn strip over and dust the back side (shiny side) with confectioners' sugar to prevent strip from sticking to itself.

Gently holding one end, fold from short end of strip (3/8 in. wide fold shown). Make next fold back, being careful not to pinch too tightly to avoid breaking the strip.

Continue folding back and forth until strip is completely pleated.

Position pieces against cake, angling out to form bottom border.
