Plaid Shamrock Cookie
You?ll be sporting the luck of the Irish this St. Patrick?s Day with a cookie decked in a tartan plaid. Kelly Green royal icing sets a bold backdrop with the fitting, festive colors.
Each cookie serves 1.
Roll out cookie dough 1/8 in. thick and use shamrock cutter from set to cut cookie. Bake and cool.
Ice cookie smooth with green icing; pat smooth with finger dipped in cornstarch.
Use tip 3 and thinned white icing to outline cookie.
Use tip 3 and thinned white, green and yellow icing to pipe plaid lines to cover cookie. Let dry.
