Rated 4 out of 5 by expressionscake from I've used these on a wedding cake and while somewhat tricky to place on the cake, they are a large enough flower that you don't need too many. Make sure your icing is the right consistency before starting; if it's not, they don't come out right. I usually let mine sit for 2-3 days, depending on the humidity level, before taking them out of the foil. This allows them to be fully set.

Rated 5 out of 5 by abarrow from I find this flower to be one of the most difficult, for me anyway! The pressure is very hard to guage, and the stiffness needs to be just rigth too.
