In advance: Make cookies. Prepare and roll out dough. Cut 6 petals for each flower using petal cutter from set. Bake and cool cookies. Using tip 3, outline with full-strength and fill-in with thinned color flow icing. Let dry 24 hours. Also: Brush cookie petals and yellow Candy Melts wafers (1 for each flower) with Pearl Dust.
Bake and cool cupcakes, filling baking cups only 1/3 full with batter. Ice even with top of baking cup. Pipe 6 tip 8 dots around outer edge of cupcake; position petals. Attach yellow candy center with a tip 8 dot.

I made these for Mother's Day and my mom loved them! She can never decide between cupcakes and cookies so she got both with this recipe! The cookies were quite tedious since they're so tiny, but they looked adorable once they were formed into flowers! I have also seen this recipe where the flower petals are marshmallows, so I may try that at some point too! Overall this was a lot of fun!
