Penguin is rated 5.0 out of 5 by 1.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from I *loved* making these penquins..and covered my husband's 57th birthday cake with them! I had just finished taking the Wilton Level 1 cake decorating class so I was still pretty sketchy on some of the techniques. I opted for little candy balls for the penguin eyes and I did have a bit of a time getting the wings just right. A word to the wise...if you are making your penguins out of Royal Icing...and you put them on a carrot cake frosted in cream cheese icing...don't be surprised if your penguins "melt" after a few days! Seems the Royal Icing really enjoys sucking up the moisture in cream cheese icing! :-)
