Make cupcakes. Prepare batter following recipe directions. Bake and cool cupcakes.
Decorate cupcakes. Prepare buttercream icing following recipe direction. Tint green. Use tip 233, cut disposable decorating bag and icing to pipe pull-out grass on tops of cupcakes. Position candy eggs on cupcakes.
Display cupcakes. Assemble treat stand according to package instructions. Position cupcakes on stand.
