Rated 3 out of 5 by from This is easy, but labor intensive, with lots of make ahead. To make the cookies easier, you can ice with color flow (thinned), but put the cookies on a rack over a cookie sheet (with sides). Scrape up the icing periodically and pour it again. It doesn't make as thick a coat as when you make the ridges, but it's faster. Then add the eyes, etc., Or if the cookies are pale enough or you color color the batter (make it a color that goes with a slight browning, skip the overal icing and simply add the details. Chocolate bunnies? Pale pink bunnies?)
