Make and decorate cookies one day in advance. Prepare cookie dough following recipe directions. Use rolling pin to roll out 3/16 in. thick. Cut with bunny cutter from set. Bake and cool.
Prepare Color Flow icing. Tint a small portion rose; reserve some white. Use tip 2 and full-strength white icing to outline bunny. Use thinned white icing in a cut disposable bag to fill in bunny; let dry 4 hours to overnight.
Use tip 2 and full-strength rose icing to pipe in nose and inside ears. Use black edible color marker to draw eyes and mouth. Let set 1 hour.
Make cupcakes. Prepare white batter following recipe directions. Reserve half batter white; tint portions of remaining batter rose, yellow and green.
Place two-tone insert in baking cup-lined muffin pan. Decorate cupcakes. Prepare buttercream icing following recipe directions. Tint rose. Use spatula to ice top of cupcakes smooth. Position egg mix sprinkles. Insert bunny cookies.
