Make cupcakes. Prepare white batter following recipe directions. Reserve half batter white; tint portions of remaining batter rose, yellow and green.
Place two-tone insert in baking cup-lined muffin pan. Use cut disposable decorating bags to fill center ring of insert 1/4 full with green batter, 1/4 full with yellow batter, then 1/4 full with rose batter . Use a cut disposable decorating bag to fill outer ring of insert 2/3 full with white batter. Remove insert and repeat until all cavities are filled. Remove insert. Bake and cool cupcakes.
