Preheat oven to 350ºF. Place baking cups in muffin pan.

In medium bowl, combine flour, baking soda and baking powder. In large bowl, beat butter, peanut butter and sugar with an electric mixer until light and fluffy. Add eggs, sour cream and vanilla; mix until well combined. Alternately add flour mixture and milk to bowl, beating until just combined. Pour batter into prepared pan..

Rated 1 out of 5 by from This recipe was very disappointing! The batter was WAY too "flour-y". I followed the directions to the letter but I ended up dumping the entire thing! I am hoping the other peanut butter cupcake recipe is better. It should be--it calls for 2 cups of flour vs the 3 cups of flour in this recipe.
