

Peach Hot Rolls

Ingredients
3/4 cup (1 1/2 sicks) butter, softened
1/4 cup firmly packed dark brown sugar
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 drop Treatology Flavor Extracts Kit, 8-Piece Food Flavoring
1 package (16 ounce) hot roll mix

1 package (6 ounces) pecan chips
4 ounces (1/2 8-ounce package) cream cheese, softened
3 tablespoons confectioners' sugar
2 tablespoons milk
vegetable pan spray

- Spray 13 in. x 9 in. baking pan with vegetable pan spray.
- To prepare filling, stir together butter, brown sugar, flour, salt and Warm Cinnamon Graham Flavor in a medium bowl. Set aside.
- Prepare hot roll mix according to package directions, adding Juicy Peach Flavor with hot water. On lightly floured surface, roll dough to a 20 in. x 12 in. rectangle. With a spatula, spread filling evenly across the dough. Sprinkle with pecans. Starting with 20 in. side, begin rolling the dough tightly, pressing edges to seal. Cut log into 12 pieces.
- Place rolls into prepared pan, cut side down. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and a cloth towel; set aside in a warm place and allow to rise 30 minutes. Remove towel and plastic wrap.
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Bake rolls 24-26 minutes or until golden brown. Cool in pan on cooling grid 5 minutes.
- To prepare topping, combine cream cheese, confectioners' sugar, Juicy Peach, Warm Cinnamon Graham and Creamy Vanilla Custard Flavors in large bowl; beat until smooth. Add milk; beat until smooth. Spread over warm rolls. Serve warm or at room temperature.
