

Peach and Green Tea Truffles
Imagine ripe, sweet peaches coming together with botanical green tea in a creamy, luscious candy. These truffles look like they're from a high end chocolatier and taste like an indulgence, but are a really a snap to make using Juicy Peach Flavor Concentrate, matcha powder and Bright White Candy Melts candy. Roll a batch for your next party, or wrap them up for a DIY hostess gift.

- Coarsely chop 1 bag Bright White Candy Melts Candy.
- In medium microwave-safe container, combine chopped candy and cream. Microwave at half (50%) power 1 minute; stir. Microwave on 50% power in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until melts are almost melted. Stir thoroughly until mixture is smooth. Stir in Juicy Peach Flavor and matcha powder. Refrigerate until firm, about 1-1/2 hours. Scoop and roll 1 in. diameter balls of mixture; place on parchment-lined cookie pan.
- In large bowl, melt remaining bag of candy according to package instructions. Dip chilled truffle balls in candy and place on parchment. Sprinkle with matcha powder. Chill until set, about 15-20 minutes.
