Using Slide-N-Cut Edge Cutter, cut five strips, 1/4 in. wide, from red Sugar Sheet™. Trim to fit cupcake. Attach strips to cupcake, 1/4 in. apart, with piping gel.
Using punch with Large Star Insert, cut star from bright blue Sugar Sheets! Attach to cupcake using piping gel.
