For cake top flowers, outline petals with 16 lines in orange, violet and rose. Fill in petals with tip 16 matching color stars. Add tip 16 outline stems and leaves. Make cake side flowers in same way using tip 13. For all flower centers, add tip 16 star tip centers. Add tip 2D ivory bottom border.
