Step 1

In large bowl, beat butter, cream cheese, juice and zest with electric mixer until light and fluffy.

Step 2

Add confectioners' sugar one cup at a time, beating until icing is light and fluffy. If icing is too thin add additional confectioners' sugar 1 tablespoon at a time.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from The only problem that I had with the icing was the amount of cream cheese the recipe call for which sounds like a mistake and should be checked by whoever puts these recipes on here. It made way to much icing for the size of the cake. I will try it with the 3 oz size cream cheese and see how it comes out. Also it would be better to specifiy fresh or store bought orange zest. I used store bought and didn't like it.
