Make fondant cake side strips. Use 9 in. fondant
roller with pink guide rings to roll out light green and
chocolate fondant 1/16 in. thick. Use ribbon cutter with
spacers and green and chocolate fondant to cut strips
4 in. long as follows: Use 1/4 in. and 1/2 in. spacers to cut
four green and two chocolate strips 3/4 in. wide. Use
1/4 in. spacer to cut strips in each color, 1/4 in. wide. Use
1/2 in. spacer to cut four strips in each color, 1/2 in. wide.
Use 1 in. spacer to cut one green and four chocolate
strips, 1 in. wide. Place strips under storage board flap
Use brush and piping gel to attach strips to cake side,
singly and in pairs, spaced in various ways.
