Decorate marshmallows. Use fondant roller with pink guide rings to roll out yellow and orange spice drops, separately, on granulated sugar-covered surface.
Use small leaf Cut-Out to cut three leaves from yellow rolled out spice drop. Use small star Cut-Out to cut two stars from orange rolled out spice drops. For feet, use scissors to cut off two points off of the stars and shape into a foot. Use scissors to trim leaves into wings and tail. Reserve trimmings for tuft of head feathers. Use scissors to cut orange spice drop into a tiny cone shape, 1/4 in. x 1/4 in., for beak.
Melt yellow Candy Melts candy according to package directions. Use melted yellow candy in cut parchment bag to attach pieces to marshmallow. Chill until firm, about 3 to 5 minutes.
Use black edible color marker to draw eyes on marshmallow.
