In advance: Make and fill flower center and lady bug body. Prepare Peanut Butter Filling. For flower center, use medium Dessert Dome and instructions to mold a dome using melted white candy tinted
pink. Chill until set; unmold. For lady bug body, pipe spots into small Dessert Dome using melted Light Cocoa candy. Chill. Complete dome with melted red candy. Chill until set; unmold. Fill candy domes with filling; seal with melted candy. Chill until set. Also: Prepare stem. Use brush to paint Cookie Stick with mixture of vanilla and icing color. Let dry on waxed-paper covered board.
Make grass base and rose. Rose: Tint fondant: 1 oz. pink, 1/4 oz. green. Roll out pink 1/8 in. thick. Cut six petals using medium Leaf Cut-Out. Use rolling pin to elongate petals to 2 1/2 in. long. Set prepared pink dome center, flat side down, on a Candy Color jar. Divide dome into 3rds. Attach three petals over marks using melted candy; attach three remaining petals in between first set of petals. Roll out green 1/16 in. thick. Cut six sepals using smallest Leaf Cut-Out. Curl and attach over petals. Use small end of tip 12 to make center hole. Insert painted Cookie Stick; secure with melted candy. Roll a 1/4 x 1 in. green fondant log. Shape around stick and secure with melted candy. Stand flower stem in prepared base; secure with melted candy. Brush flower top with melted candy; sprinkle on Sparkling Sugar.
Base: Tint portion of melted white candy green. Add 2 tablespoons of candy into bottom of baking cup. Use additional candy in cut parchment bag to pipe 1 to 1 1/4 in. high blades of grass up sides of cup. Prepare cereal treat mixture and keep warm. Mix 3 tablespoons of melted candy into 1/2 cup cereal mixture. Spoon into cup; chill and level. Use knife to cut center hole 1 in. deep.
Position lady bug body. Use melted candy to attach malted milk ball head. Using melted candy in cut parchment bags, pipe whites of eyes; let set. Pipe light cocoa dot pupils and smile. Peel off baking cup before serving.
