Rated 4 out of 5 by from I can't believe how popular these are! And you can make any variety you desire! I recommend oreo truffles dipped in white chocolate. They taste like Cookies 'n Cream. Great holiday gifts as well that you can throw in cupcake boxes or colorful gladware.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from These are pretty easy and quick to make and are always a crowd pleaser. I make them often- the most difficult thing it melting the chocolate to the right consitency. If you overheat- the chocolate wont be smooth. I recommend using the wilton chocolate melter to get & keep your chocolate at the right temp. These are cool because you can use a ton of colors and decorations and flavors for variety.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I have the cupcake stand in two sizes and have used it many times for cupcakes. When I saw this recipe for the truffles, not only were the truffles delicious and easy, I now have another great use for the cupcake stand. I added Hazelnut liqueur to the recipe and rolled the truffles in chopped hazelnuts. Delicious! The truffles are prettier when the nuts are finely chopped. Keep half the recipe chilled while you roll the other half. They are easier to roll.
