Make heads 1 day in advance. For each snowman head, tint fondant 1/2 in. ball orange for nose and 1/2 in. ball black for mouth and pupils. Reserve remaining fondant.
Use fondant roller with purple guide rings to roll out 1 1/4 in. ball of white fondant 1/8 in. thick. Use knife and pattern to cut out head. Place on parchment paper-covered cake board. Use fondant roller with pink guide rings to roll out remaining white fondant 1/16 in. thick. Use knife and pattern to cut out lip and tooth.
Use fondant roller with pink guide rings to roll out black fondant 1/16 in. thick. Use knife and pattern to cut mouth and use small end of tip 6 to cut two pupils.
Roll remaining white fondant in two balls, each 1/4 in., and flatten slightly for eyes.
Form orange fondant into carrot-shaped nose, 3/4 in. long x 5/16 in. at base.
Use dampened brush to attach mouth and lip to face, then adhere tooth on mouth. Attach base of nose to face. Adhere pupils to eyes, then eyes to face.
Prepare royal icing following recipe directions. Tint small portion brown. Reserve remaining white. Use tip 2, cut disposable decorating bag and brown icing to pipe eyebrows on face. Lay parchment paper over hair pattern. Use tip 2, cut disposable decorating bag and brown icing to pipe strands of hair.
Let heads and hair dry for 24 hours.
