Bake and cool cake. Tint fondant:
16 oz. light green; 16 oz. medium green;
4 oz. dark green; reserve 8 oz. white.
Prepare and cover cake with light
and medium green fondant, trimming
colors as needed to follow curves of
pan. Roll out dark green 1/16 in. thick.
Cut about 50 strips, 3 1/8 x 1/8 in. wide;
brush with Pearl Dust. Attach
strips, about 1/4 in. apart, to medium
green sections using damp brush.

wide end of tip 2A. Roll out medium
green 1/16 in. thick. Cut approximately
20 small circles using smallest Cut-
Out. Attach small to large circles in
off-center position with damp brush.
Brush with Pearl Dust. Attach to light
green sections of cake.
fondant into 3/8 in. diameter logs 7 1/2,
9, 10 and 13 in. long. Brush with Piping
Gel and sprinkle on Sparkling Sugar.
Attach to cake, following curves of
pan; trim if necessary.

dark and medium greens shown.
