Bake cookies. Prepare cookie dough following recipe instructions. Roll out and cut dough using cactus cookie cutter. Bake and cool.
Tint fondant. Using Pink, Sky Blue and Lemon Yellow icing colors, tint 4 oz. fondant each bright pink, bright blue and bright yellow. Tint 4 oz. fondant each bright green and bright orange using color combinations provided. Combine Leaf Green and Lemon Yellow icing colors to get bright green color shown. Combine Orange and Lemon Yellow icing colors to get bright orange color shown.
Decorate cookies. Using fondant roller with purple guide rings, roll out fondant, one color at a time. Using cactus cutter, cut out cactus shapes. Using piping gel, attach fondant to cookies.
Using FoodWriter markers, draw dashes on cacti. Let dry, about 5 minutes.
