Make fondant giraffe features. For six treats, tint 3 oz. fondant lemon yellow/golden yellow combination (for
yellow) and 1 1/2 oz. brown. Use 9 in. fondant roller with pink guide rings to roll out fondant 1/16 in. thick. Use Cut-Outs
fondant cutter sets to cut out head and features for each as follows: Use largest oval to cut yellow head, smallest leaf
to cut two yellow ears (reverse one for opposite side), smallest round to cut two brown antenna ends. Use largest
oval to cut one brown muzzle. Use knife to cut off bottom 1/3 for muzzle and attach to oval head with damp brush. For
antennae, roll two yellow logs, 1/4 in. dia. x 1 in. long. Let all pieces dry overnight on cornstarch-dusted boards.
