Bake and cool bar pan cupcakes. Prepare buttercream
icing following recipe directions. Tint portions orange/
golden yellow combination (for orange), leaf green/
lemon yellow combination (for green), rose/violet
combination (for rose) and Christmas red/rose
combination (for red). Use spatula to ice tops smooth in
a variety of colors.
Make fondant trims. Press white fondant into fern
fondant & gum paste mold to make large and small
fronds, large and small butterflies, small ferns, small,
medium and large scrolls and dragonflies. Unmold and
position trims on each cupcake.
