- Melt candy. Melt Bright White Candy Melts candy in dipping container following package instructions.
- Dip pretzels. Dip 1/2 of pretzel rod into melted candy. Tap to remove excess candy. Place on parchment paper-covered cake board. Chill until set, about 15 minutes.
- Decorate pretzels. Melt Dark Green and Royal Blue Candy Melts candy following package instructions. Transfer to prepared parchment bag with small hole cut. Drizzle melted candy over white candy. Chill until set, about 5 minutes.
