Decorate eyes. Prepare buttercream icing following recipe directions. Tint small portions yellow, green and black. Reserve remaining white.
Use tip 8 and yellow icing to pipe in eyes. Pat smooth with finger dipped in cornstarch. Use tip 8 and green icing to pipe in irises. Pat smooth. Use tip 3 and black icing to pipe dot pupils. Pat smooth.
Decorate mummy wrapping. Use tip 2B with smooth side of tip up and white icing to pipe random bands for wrapping.

This is a fun, fairly quick cake that you can do with the kids. It is great for those who dont like a lot of icing too. The only adjustment we make is cutting out the section between legs and using fondant for eyes...my granddaughter loves to make things with fondant so this is her contribution.
