Prepare fondant trims. Tint
fondant: 1 oz. each orange, violet. Roll out
orange, violet and blue, pink and green from
Multi Pack 1/8 in. thick. Cut 8-10 dots of each
color using wide end of tip 21. Cut letters
using cutters from set. Let fondant trims dry
on cornstarch-dusted boards.
Bake and cool 2-layer cake (bake 1 1/2 in. high
layers for a 3 in. high cake).
Mix 1 pouch of
yellow fondant from Multi Pack with 70 oz.
white fondant for pale yellow shown. Place
dowel rods where candy plaque will sit
for support. Prepare and cover with rolled
fondant. Position candy plaque.
Attach letters and dots using damp brush.
Pipe tip 21 shell border.
