Prepare cookie dough. Dust mold cavities lightly with flour. Press dough into cavities, about 1/8 in. thick.
Unmold dough and place on cookie sheet. Use spatula to remove any excess dough on edges of cookies. Bake and cool cookies.
Melt white Candy Melts candy. Place cookies on parchment-covered cake board. Use spatula to ice backs of cookies with melted candy. Immediately sprinkle with nonpareils. Chill until firm, about 10 to 15 minutes.
