Mini Hot Chocolate Brownies Recipe

A double play that pairs two of our favorites, Hot Chocolate Brownies are sure to put a smile your biggest fans’ faces (your friends and family!). Irresistible brownie bites topped with hot cocoa whipped cream and mini marshmallows. What more could they ask for? Make it using the MVP Mega Muffin Pan to kick out 4 dozen of them at once.

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare Mega Mini Muffin Pan with vegetable pan spray.

Step 2

In large bowl, combine brownie mix, ingredients to prepare mix, and 2 tablespoons hot cocoa mix. Mix according to package directions. Divide batter evenly among pan cavities, filling about 2/3 full.

Step 3

Bake 14-16 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the brownies comes out almost clean. Let cool almost completely on cooling grid. Use a spatula to carefully loosen brownies from pan; remove to grid to cool completely.

Step 4

In medium bowl, combine remaining 1/2 cup hot cocoa mix and heavy cream. Whisk until combined. Dollop mixture on top of brownies; top with marshmallows.

Makes about 4 dozen.
