Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare 3 mini loaf pans with vegetable pan spray and flour.
In small bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt. In medium bowl, combine melted butter, sugar, eggs, sour cream and vanilla; whisk thoroughly. Gently fold in flour mixture and chocolate chips, mixing only until incorporated. Divide batter evenly into prepared pans.
Bake 32-35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool loaves in pan 10 minutes. Gently loosen sides with metal spatula. Remove to cooling grid and cool completely.
