Step 1

Preheat oven to 375°F. Prepare 48 cavity mini muffin pan with vegetable pan spray. Carefully press wonton wrappers into prepared pan to form a cup.

Step 2

In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard.

Step 3

Prepare large skillet with vegetable pan spray. Cook ground beef over medium-high heat 5-6 minutes or until beginning to brown, stirring to crumble meat. Add onion, salt, garlic powder, and pepper cook 6 minutes longer, or until cooked through. Remove from heat and stir in mayonnaise mixture.

Step 4

Divide meat evenly into 24 wonton cups and sprinkle with cheese.

Step 5

For pecan bites, stir together pecans, corn syrup, brown sugar, butter, vanilla, cinnamon and a pinch of salt in medium bowl. Divide evenly into remaining 24 wonton cups.

Step 6

Bake 10-12 minutes or until golden brown, rotating pan halfway through baking time. Cool in pan on cooling grid 5 minutes, then remove to serving plate. Top cheeseburger bites with lettuce, tomatoes, and pickles. Top pecan pies with whipped topping and sprinkle with cinnamon. Serve warm.
