Cover doughnuts with candy.
Melt 6 oz. each of blue and yellow Candy Melts candy and reserved white and dark pink candy according to package directions. Add 3 oz. of melted white candy to dark pink to lighten. Use orange candy color from primary candy color set to tint 6 oz. melted white candy orange. Use green candy color from garden candy color set to tint 6 oz. melted white candy green.
Use spatula and melted candy to ice bottom of doughnuts completely. Place doughnuts, candy side up, on cooling grid over parchment paper-lined cookie sheet. Ice six or seven doughnuts in each color. If necessary, clear center opening with toothpick. Chill until firm, 5 to 10 minutes.
Turn doughnuts, candy side down, on cooling grid. Use matching color melted candy in cut disposable decorating bag to cover top and sides of doughnuts. Tap to settle; if necessary, clear center opening with toothpick. Chill until firm, 10 to 15 minutes.
