One day in advance, make elephant ears and trunk. Tint 3 in. ball of fondant a light shade of blue and 1 in. ball of fondant rose. Knead in 1/4 teaspoon of Gum-Tex into blue fondant. Use fondant roller with pink guide rings to roll out blue and pink fondant 1/16 in. thick.
For ears, use large heart Cut-Out to cut two hearts per treat from blue fondant. Use knife to trim off 1/4 from bottom, pointed end. Reserve excess. Use medium heart Cut-Out to cut two hearts per treat from rose fondant. Use knife to trim off 1/4 from bottom, pointed end. Use damp brush to attach rose fondant to blue.
For trunk, use 1 in. blue ball of fondant, and roll into a log, 2 1/4 in. long. Shape into a trunk, tapering one side. Flatten both ends. Use toothpick to add nostrils. Let dry on cornstarch-dusted flat surface 24 hours.
