Step 1
1 DAY IN ADVANCE
Mold candy dome halves. Melt red and black Candy Melts candy, separately, according to package directions. Use melted red candy and largest (2.6 in.) cavity in dessert dome mold to make one dome half for each treat. Chill until firm, 10 to 15 minutes. Repeat to make one black dome half for each treat. Reserve remaining candy.
Step 2
Make candy base and ears. Place medium Cut-Out from rounds Cut-Outs fondant cutters on 11 in. x 7 in. x 1.5 in. non-stick biscuit/brownie pan. For base, use reserved melted red candy to fill Cut-Out 1/4 in. deep. Chill until firm, 10 to 15 minutes. For ears, use reserved melted black candy to fill medium Cut-Out 1/8 in. deep. Chill until firm, 10 to 15 minutes.
Use knife to trim a curved section off each ear to conform to black dome shape. Use matching color melted candy in cut parchment bag to attach red dome to base and ears to black dome. Chill until firm, 3 to 5 minutes.
Step 3
Make candy buttons. Melt white Candy Melts candy according to package directions. Use melted candy in cut parchment bag to pipe puddle dots. 1/2 in. dia. on parchment paper-covered cake board. Chill until firm, 10 to 15 minutes. Turn puddle dots flat side up. Use melted white candy in cut parchment bag to pipe an outline around edge and two stitch lines. Chill until firm, 3 to 5 minutes. Use melted candy in cut parchment bag to attach to red dome, 1/4 in. from open edge.
Step 4
Assemble treats. Fill red dome half with candy coated chocolates. Position Mickey Mouse icing decoration. Position black dome on red dome.
