Prepare dough; roll out and cut cookies using football cutter from set. Bake and cool.
Outline cookies with tip 3 and full-strength color flow; flow in with thinned color flow; let set.
Decorate with full-strength icing. Using tip 4, overpipe stripes 3/8 in. wide (pat smooth with fingers dipped in cornstarch). Using tip 2, outline stitching. Attach icing decoration with dot of icing.
