Make cookies. Prepare and roll out cookie dough following recipe directions. Use knife to cut rectangles, 3 in. wide x 4 in. long. Bake and cool cookies.
Make notebook paper. Use rotary cutter to cut rectangles from white Sugar Sheets! edible decorating paper, 2 3/4 in.x 3 3/4 in. Leave plastic backing on rectangles until ready to place.
Use black extra fine tip FoodWriter edible color marker to mark rectangle for three holes, 1/4 in. from left side. Top and bottom holes are 3/8 in. from top and bottom edges. Center third hole between others. Use narrow end of tip 10 to cut out holes.
Draw lines and messages. Use black edible color marker to draw lines across rectangle, starting 3/4 in. from top and continuing 1/4 in. apart. Use black and pink fine tip edible color markers to write messages.
Assemble treats. Prepare buttercream icing following recipe directions. Use spatula to lightly ice top of each cookie smooth. Peel off backing from rectangles and position one on each cookie. Use icing to attach Monster High icing decoration to rectangle.
