Outline and flow in cookies. Prepare Color Flow icing following recipe directions. Tint portions red-red/ black combination (for red), leaf green/lemon yellow combination (for green), black and copper. Reserve some white. Use tip 2 and full-strength copper icing to outline head and full-strength green icing to outline hat. Use thinned icing to flow in cookies. Let dry 4 to 6 hours.
