The Zigzag is a popular way to fill in outlined areas, perfect for ribbed sweater and cuff effects. You can also use tight zigzags to cover the entire side of your cake—they look great!

Merry Mitten Cookie is rated 5.0 out of 5 by 5.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from If you like to decorate like i do then this cookie starts with many ideas while it is baking and cooling. My favorite is the patchwork quilt look and then the any color with the white non-parils as the trim on the writsband. They look so clasic and so real. If you know the children you are giving them too as gifts, you can make the mitts to match what they wear every day. I know I have two set of mitts handmade by my grandma who has been passed to glory for some time, but everytime I make mitten cookies I think of my mitts in the closet and how much love they were when grandma made them for me.
