Bake and cool 1 in. high cake in Jelly
Roll Pan. Use knife to cut shapes using
cookie cutters as a guide. Trim hat brim
on snowman. Ice bottom with melted
candy; set, candy side down on waxed
paper-covered boards. Chill until firm.
Place candy side down on Cooling Grid
over drip pan. Cover with melted candy. Chill until firm.
For each snowman, tint fondant: 3/4 oz.

one 3 in. and one 2 in. Attach 3 in. strip
around neck with damp brush. Use
scissors to cut 1/16 in. wide fringe into
ends of 2 in. strip; fold over and attach
with melted candy. Roll out red, black
and orange 1/16 in. thick. Cut red buttons
with narrow end of tip 8; cut 1/2 in. long
orange nose; using black, cut eyes with
narrow end of tip 10, mouth dots with
narrow end of tip 6. Attach trims. Cut
licorice to 1 1/2 in. long for arms. Slit ends
for hands. Use knife tip to make small
holes in snowman sides; insert arms
and secure with candy.
For trees, attach confetti sprinkle
ornaments using dots of melted candy.
Tint a small amount of fondant red. Roll
out 1/16 in. thick. Cut a 1/2 x 3/4 in. wide
rectangle. Attach for tree trunk; trim as
