Make tails. Reserve two light cocoa Candy Melts candy wafers per treat for ears. Melt remaining light cocoa Candy Melts candy according to package directions. Use melted light cocoa candy in cut parchment bag and dessert accents mold to make one swirl tail for each treat. Tap to settle. Chill until firm, 10 to 15 minutes. When firm, trim off inside swirl. Reserve remaining light cocoa candy.
Make brownies. Prepare brownies following recipe directions. Bake and cool one brownie for each treat in round pops silicone mold supported by cookie sheet.
Cover brownies. Use spatula and melted light cocoa candy to ice bottom of brownies smooth. Chill until firm, 5 to 10 minutes.
Make hats. Divide and tint a 1 in. white fondant ball each burgundy, violet/rose combination (for violet), and teal. Roll each color into a log, 3 in. long. Shape into a cone, 3/4 in. dia. tapering to end. Bend slightly at tapered end. For brim, roll a white log, 1/4 in. dia. x 3 3/4 in. long. For pompom, roll a white ball, 1/2 in. dia. Use damp brush to attach brim and pompom to hats.
Assemble treats. Melt black Candy Melts candy according to package directions. Use melted black candy in cut parchment bag to pipe dot eyes and nose and outline whiskers. Chill until firm, 3 to 5 minutes. For ears, use melted candy to attach a light cocoa Candy Melts candy wafer to each side. Chill until firm. Use melted candy to attach hat and tail. Chill until firm.
