Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great product! Never fails! I've used Wilton's Merengue Powder for a few years now and it never fails! My Royal icing comes out smooth and creamy and when I add gel colors, the colors stay bright and even. Removing the lid can be a bit challenging but that isn't limited to Wilton products. Once you figure out how the little tab needs to be punched out, it is really easy. A great Royal icing recipe using the Wilton Merengue Powder is Antonias74 icing. I highly recommend it.

I bought this for a frosting recipe, and after fighting for 15 minutes with scissors, pliers, a screwdriver and a knife, I gave up on getting the top off, and cut through the lid to access the product... phew! The frosting was pretty good, though.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Unexpected First time user of meringue powder. I used milk and half water. Tasted awful in the bowl, but once on the cookie.... Yummie!! Wasn't expecting it to taste better on the cookie. Set up great on the and hardened up pretty quick. Love it!!!!
