Step 1

Preheat oven to 325°F. Prepare loaf pan with vegetable pan spray.

Step 2

In medium bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt. Set aside.

Step 3

In large bowl, beat butter and cream cheese on medium speed until creamy. Add sugar and beat until very light and fluffy, about 3 minutes. Add eggs one at a time, beating well and scraping down bottom and sides of bowl after each addition. Beat in vanilla extract. Remove 1-1/2 cups of batter and stir in cocoa powder until completely incorporated.

Step 4

Spread half of yellow batter into bottom of prepared pan. Top with half of chocolate batter. Swirl batters together with butter knife. Repeat with remaining yellow and chocolate batter, smoothing the top slightly after swirling.

Step 5

Bake 1 hour 20 minutes to 1 hour 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan 10 minutes; remove to cooling grid. Cool completely.
