In advance: Make the fondant flowers and accents. Knead in 1/8 teaspoon Gum-Tex to 2 oz. white fondant and pink, yellow and blue fondant from Multi Pack. Roll out all colors 1/16 in. thick. Cut six flowers each in pink, yellow and blue using small Cut-Out and six using medium Cut-Out. Cut two each blue, pink and white hearts using small Cut-Out. Cut six white daisies using medium Cut-Out and one using small Cut-Out.
Let medium flowers dry overnight in small Flower Forming Cups dusted with cornstarch. Place small flowers on thick foam. Cup with large ball tool from set. Let dry overnight on cornstarch-dusted board. Cut scallops off blue and pink hearts to be used for bow and hair ties. Let dry overnight, along with white hearts, on cornstarch-dusted board.
Prepare and roll out dough. Cut cookies using teddy bear cutter. Bake and cool.
Outline cookies using tip 2 and brown buttercream. Pipe in inside ears with tip 2 and brown. Cover body with tip 13 stars in brown. Pipe tip 2 outline and dot facial features in black.
Bake and cool cake using firm-textured batter like pound cake. Pipe in inside ears and bottom of feet with tip 8 and brown buttercream (pat smooth with finger dipped in cornstarch). Pipe tip 6 dot eyes in white and nose in black (pat smooth). Cover cake with tip 16 stars in brown. Pipe tip 2 dot pupils and pull-out eyelashes in black.
Pipe a tip 6 dot of piping gel in daisy centers. Sprinkle with yellow sugar. Brush white Pearl Dust on all flowers. Add lemon extract to blue, yellow and pink Pearl Dust. Paint petal edges with matching colors. Let dry. Attach a Sugar Pearl to each flower center with a tip 2 dot of piping gel.
For bee, tint 1/2 oz. pastel yellow fondant with Lemon Yellow Icing Color.. Shape a 1 in. ball body and a 5/8 in. ball head. Attach head to body with damp brush. Roll 1/8 in. white balls for eyes; attach. Draw pupils and stripes with black FoodWriter. Attach white hearts for wings with damp brush. Attach bee to cake with buttercream.
Attach one small daisy and three small flowers to cookies with buttercream. Attach heart points to cookies for bows with buttercream. Roll small pink and blue fondant balls for knots; attach with damp brush. Attach remaining flowers to bear cake with buttercream.
The star tip creates the most celebrated, easily accomplished decorations! The serrated edges of the star tip make ridges in the icing as you squeeze it out. Because fill in requires so much piping from the same bag, keep replenishing icing in bag.
