Rated 5 out of 5 by from Don't be discouraged, Rwarren. I made a Princess Castle cake using the Wilton turret set and the poker cake for a charity auction & bake sale a couple years ago. Either cake would retail for about $150-200 in a bakery because of the amount of time and work involved. I was modest and put a $20 minimum bid on each of them. Both cakes sat with zero bids for the entire 3 1/2-hour silent auction despite the fact that everyone said how gorgeous the castle was & how much time & effort went into both. Unfortunately there are a number of people out there not willing to put their money where their mouth is, so to speak. That said, however, don't get discouraged and don't give up. There are generous people out there willing to pay fair price for your wonderful work. Who knows? They just might sell out at the next bake sale you make them for. Happy Baking! ~Cari

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I did this for my daughter's 5th birthday. For our family dinner. I used chocolate icing as the base. Then used my imagination. I put gummies on top of some, and sprinkles on the others.
