Mac and cheese? Yes, please! This easy recipe is made with three delicious cheeses: smoked gouda, sharp cheddar and parmesan, topped with a panko breadcrumb mix that takes it to the next level. Keep the one on hand any time you need to bring a hot side dish to any potluck or dinner party – it’s sure to become a favorite!

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400°F. Prepare 13 in. x 9 in. pan with vegetable pan spray.

Step 2

In large pot, cook and drain pasta according to package instructions; keep warm.

Step 3

In large pot, melt 1/4 cup butter over medium heat. Stir in flour; cook 2 minutes on medium heat, stirring constantly. Whisk half and half into flour mixture; cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Reduce heat to low; stir in cheeses, green onion, 2 tablespoons parsley, salt, dry mustard and pepper. Stir in cooked pasta. Spoon pasta mixture into prepared pan.

Step 4

In medium bowl, melt remaining 1/4 cup butter and add breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese and remaining 1 tablespoon parsley. Sprinkle over pasta.

Step 5

Bake 30-35 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and top is browned.
