Bake and cool 2-layer cakes. Prepare and cover
with rolled fondant. Prepare for Stacked
Construction. Use Decorative Press with
3-hole insert to make rope trims. Pipe scroll
design on cake sides using piping gel in cut
parchment bag. Attach rope trims over piping
gel, pressing lightly to secure. Paint scrolls with
Bronze Pearl Dust. Roll 1/4 in. diameter
fondant ropes for bottom borders: 25 in. long for
6 in. cake, 33 in. for 8 in., 41 in. for 10 in., 49 in. for
12 in. (can be made in two pieces). Brush back
